The full size wicket is free standing, 2 rulers in the unit, one on either side of the center slide so you can measure from both sides. The wicket is made of solid oak, Spruce or birds eye maple 3/4 x 1 1/2, all glued and doweled, no screws or nails or staples. So it will never come apart. There are 4 screws that hold the center slide into the wicket. Special rulers are easy to read. The unit is guaranteed for life.
